Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You can view all your orders on your profile. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at wecare@seissense.com or through the chatbot, quoting your order number (e.g., #Move-12XXXX) and we will reach out to you with further instructions via email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account gives you quicker access to order tracking, returns, and personalized support but its not mandatory.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order is placed, we’ll email
you to confirm your order number. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam, just
in case).

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses cannot be edited once the order is confirmed. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you can cancel and place a new order.

What’s your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.

What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns on:
• Headwear.
• Bodysuits, or swimwear (if hygiene liners are removed).
• GIFT cards.
• Sale or markdown items.
• Items purchased outside the UK.

How do I return an item?

1. Log into your account using email.
2. Find your order number.
3. Request Return.
4. Select the items you'd like to return.
5. Select the reason.
6. Your return request will be reviewed, and we would reach out to you in 5-7 working days.
7. Once approved- you would get a mail with instructions to follow.
8. Pack the items you're returning in the package received.
9. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
10. Drop off your package at the mentioned and instructed location.
11. Tracking updates will be sent to your email. Track your return to make sure we get it.

Are returns free?

Yes, return shipping is on us. However, the original delivery fee isn’t refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, we’ll deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. This helps us stay transparent while continuing to offer conscious, cost-effective service.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns are processed within 10–15 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

What if I used a promo code?

You’ll be refunded the discounted amount applied to your returned item. Promo codes are single-use and cannot be reissued once used.

What if I send back the wrong item or a non-Seissense product?

Please double-check your return, we are not responsible for handling non-Seissense items or incorrect returns.

I lost my return label — what should I do?

You can re-download your label from your return confirmation email.

What is Seissense’s Quality Promise?

If your product doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right. This promise doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear, accidents, or misuse.

What if my product is out of stock for a replacement?

If a like-for-like item is unavailable, we’ll offer the most comparable item based on fabric and function.

What if I can’t select an item on the return portal?

This likely means your item is excluded from returns or past the 14-day window. If you believe it’s an error, contact us at wecare@seissense.com.

Do you offer extended returns for the holidays?

Yes, orders placed between Dec 1 and Dec 23 are eligible for return until Jan 23.

Can your policies change?

Yes, we may update our return policy at any time. Significant changes will always be communicated clearly.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to:
• United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States.

How much is shipping?

• UK: Free shipping for orders over £50.
• All other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

• UK: 3–5 business days(excluding public holidays in your region).
• International: 7–10 business days (excluding public holidays in your region).
• Orders may take longer during peak periods.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment center in Bahrain.

Can I place an order from a country not listed in your shipping regions?

If your country isn’t listed in our current shipping zones, reach out to us at wecare@seissense.com. We’ll do our best to assist or find a way to get Seissense to you.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email once it ships. If you need help or didn’t receive the link, just drop us a line at wecare@seissense.com. We’ve got you.

Is it safe to use my card?

Yes, our checkout is protected by industry-grade encryption and processed via PCI-compliant secure payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes, we offer seasonal promotions and campaign-based discounts. Stay updated via email or follow us @seissense_activewear across all socials.

Are there extra charges at checkout?

Prices are all inclusive and no extra charges are applied. Shipping may apply based on destination and order value.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Our store allows you to select and pay in your preferred currency.

How do I know what size to choose?

Use our Size Guide or try our True Fit tool to find your perfect match.

Do Seissense products fit true to size?

Yes, all pieces are fit-tested and true to size, except for bras, which run slightly big. We suggest sizing down for bras if you’re between sizes.

Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?

Yes,all fabrics are free from PFAs, BPA, and other harmful “forever chemicals.” We also use naturally derived technologies like collagen-infused yarn, jade cooling yarn, and FUZE™ antimicrobial finishing and prints are in OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, so you can wear us with confidence, all day.

Will sold-out styles be restocked?

Yes, most core pieces will be restocked. Limited edition drops may not return.

Where are your products made?

All Seissense garments are ethically manufactured in China, through vetted partners who meet our quality and sustainability standards.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, our e-gift cards are available online. They never expire.

How can I redeem a gift card?

At checkout:
1. Enter your gift card number and PIN above the payment options
2. You can redeem up to two gift cards and one credit card per order

Can I use a gift card with PayPal?

Not currently, gift cards can only be combined with a credit card.

What happens if I lose my gift card?

Treat it like cash, we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.

Will I be refunded to the gift card?

Yes, if you used a gift card, any refunds would go to a new e-gift card. Mixed payments (card + gift card) will be refunded proportionally.

Will my gift card expire?

Seissense gift cards never expire and never lose value.

What currency are gift cards available in?

Currently, gift cards can be purchased in GBP only.
