Return and refund policy

What’s your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.

 

What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Headwear
  • Bodysuits, or swimwear (if hygiene liners are removed)
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale or markdown items
  • Items purchased outside the UK

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Log into your account using email
  2. Find your order number
  3. Request Return
  4. Select the items you'd like to return
  5. Select the reason
  6. Your return request will be reviewed, and we would reach out to you in 5-7 working days
  7. Once approved- you would get a mail with instructions to follow
  8. Pack the items you're returning in the package received
  9. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
  10. Drop off your package at the mentioned and instructed location
  11. Tracking updates will be sent to your email. Track your return to make sure we get it.

 

Are returns free?

Yes, return shipping is on us. However, the original delivery fee isn’t refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, we’ll deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. This helps us stay transparent while continuing to offer conscious, cost-effective service.

 

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 10–15 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

What if I used a promo code?
You’ll be refunded the discounted amount applied to your returned item. Promo codes are single-use and cannot be reissued once used.

 

What if I send back the wrong item or a non-Seissense product?
Please double-check your return, we are not responsible for handling non-Seissense items or incorrect returns.

 

I lost my return label — what should I do?
You can re-download your label from your return confirmation email.

 

What is The Seissense Quality Promise?
If your product doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right. This promise doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear, accidents, or misuse.

 

What if my product is out of stock for a replacement?
If a like-for-like item is unavailable, we’ll offer the most comparable item based on fabric and function.

 

What if I can’t select an item on the return portal?
This likely means your item is excluded from returns or past the 14-day window. If you believe it’s an error, contact us at wecare@seissense.com.

 

Do you offer extended returns for the holidays?
Yes, orders placed between Dec 1 and Dec 23 are eligible for return until Jan 23.

 

Can your policies change?
Yes, we may update our return policy at any time. Significant changes will always be communicated clearly.
