At Seissense, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Headwear
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear where hygiene liners have been removed
- Gift cards
- Sale or markdown items
- Items purchased during End of Season Sale promotions
End of Season Sale
All End of Season Sale purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account using the email address used for your order.
- Locate your order.
- Select Request Return.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and submit your request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
- Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging where possible.
- Attach the return label provided and remove any previous shipping labels.
- Drop off your parcel at the designated carrier location.
- Tracking updates will be sent directly to your email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Original Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or style, please return your item and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
Funds Appearing
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 20 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Orders with Promotional Codes
Where a promotional code has been applied, refunds will reflect the discounted amount paid for the returned item.
Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be reinstated after redemption.
Incorrect Returns
Please ensure you are returning the correct Seissense items.
Seissense cannot accept responsibility for non-Seissense products or incorrectly returned items and may be unable to recover them.
Lost Return Label
If you have misplaced your return label, simply refer to your return confirmation email where it can be downloaded again.

The Seissense Quality Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item does not perform as intended due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
This promise does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper care
- Accidents
- Misuse or alterations
If a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the closest comparable product based on fabric, functionality, and intended use.
Return Portal Restrictions
If you cannot select an item within the return portal, it may be because:
- The item is excluded from returns
- The return window has expired

Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed between 1 December and 23 December are eligible for an extended return period until 23 January.
