Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You can view all your orders on your profile. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at wecare@seissense.com or through the chatbot, quoting your order number (e.g., #Move-12XXXX) and we will reach out to you with further instructions via email

 

Do I need an account to place an order?
Having an account gives you quicker access to order tracking, returns, and personalized support but its not mandatory.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order is placed, we’ll email you to confirm your order number. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam, just in case).

 

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be edited once the order is confirmed.
